Shipping

Shipping normally takes less than two weeks. Items available for next day shipping are either marked or indicated before checkout.

When orders arrive at destination address is based on several factors, including the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

Please note that first time credit card orders will only be shipped to the matching credit card address.

Returns and Exchanges

You must request an Authorized Return Code by sending an e-mail, or call us at 1 888 96 SIMBA with your request before attempting to return any merchandise purchased from SIMBA CRAFTWARE.

If your return is in any way a result of an error by SIMBA CRAFTWARE, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the item(s) you are returning.

All SIMBA CRAFTWARE items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping from our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN just to ensure that our goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction is never compromised. Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival and notify us via email, or call us at 612-871-4887 within 3 days if your item(s) arrives damaged.

Authorized Exchanges/Returns by mail may be done using prepaid labels provided by SIMBA CRAFTWARE for ease and convenience.
Simply affix the prepaid return label provided and be sure to include the Authorized Return Code (No Returns will be processed without an Authorized Return Code). Drop your package in the U.S. mail.

Authorized Exchanges/Returns may also be done at our store located at 920 East Lake Street Minneapolis, MN 55407.
Bring the the merchandise, Authorized Return Code and the credit card used for the purchase to this location, along With an original receipt.

Merchandise returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. A merchandise credit on a gift card for returns purchased online using an alternative payment provider such as PayPal.
